Dialogue and Conflict

 Conflicts are the most influencing scenarios that come in day to day happenings. Some conflicts are the reason of great misunderstanding among the people. Some minor conflicts may lead to high ups and downs in the relationship. Great people always do work for reducing by going through a dialogue policy. 

"Where there is a conflict, there should be a dialogue."

 The question arises what type and how to begin a dialogue to reduce tensions? Sometimes a dialogue may lead to negativity and pose a threat to more arrogant actions. So, I suggest the following guidelines for a dialogue to be continued:

 1. The parties must be prepared and agree to negotiate the conflict.

2. The parties have to negotiate in person but in some case they should consult a third mediating party or dialogue expert.

3. Minor conflicts should be mediated quickly in person.

4. Forgiving is the most effective tool in resolving conflicts.

5. The negotiations should be formal and to the point.

6. If there is an opening difference that must be recognized and should appreciated.
