 Swapping money and Contributory Funding Business model:

Last month my salary was delayed. I was much upset because I had some credit shopping in hope of salary. I also spend my cash in useful family functions. At the end of the month when I heard the news that the salary will be delayed, I astonished. So, I thought of several possible ways to gain trust of the creditors to pay them in time. I asked several friends to lend me some money for a week. All was in vain. At the end of the day when I was to go to bed my mobile ranged. My maternal uncle called me and he suggested to give me some money for my short term use and to return him on his need. I at once accepted his offer/request and asked his permission to spend this money for the time being. After I got my  salary I returned his amount in the same way he has given me. There was no loss for him nor profit. But I got a lot of help and profit in the sense that my financial wheel did not stopped. What is the purpose of this story? 

Clearly, I call it Swapping Contributory Funding (SCF). This type of business can be applied in short terms and risk management in businesses where the parties have some extra money for a period to be swapped or lended to other  party for a coming period to be returned. This type of business can be applied in third word countries in equality basis for long term agreements and dividing in small fiscal periods. Thus a country having dire need in summer for some funding should get loan from a country who do not have scarcity in summer. Rather, put it another way X country needs in July S amount to buy wheat for it's inhabitants.   Another country Y needs the same S amount in Feb. Country X has plenty of funds in Feb but is  in dire need in July. Similarly, country Y has plenty of funds in July but is in dire need of in Feb. Both the countries are IDEAL for Swapping Contributory Funding (SCF) model of business; which is a welfare funding model helping the humans without loss.

If the business agree, a stable currency can be negotiated among the businesses. If not a standard food item should be used instead of currency to have a stable business. Some companies also can help each other by applying this approach according to their needs. A seed company have a peak period in which it invests money and a peak period of returns. A garment company have a different peak period of funds investment and different peak period of returns. This difference of time period in peak investment and peak returns is the key to apply SCF model of business. 

Note: Peak investment period is that in which a company spend much of it's resources to buy raw material or items for future sale.

Another model of contributory funding: Business without having assets:

 This is not swapping money model but rather it is some mutual fund model. For example, Mr. Jan has a small number of friends working in the construction sites. He combined his friends in a teamwork, and assigned a contract to this small company. The persons in the small company will get their share after completing the project/contract  according to their skills.This type of company do not need investment at all.

Another example is: Miss Saba is working in a medicine company packing the medicines. Ten other girls also have the same job. Miss Saba and the ten other girls decided to have one fourth of their salaries i.e, X amount to a mutual fund for starting their own small scale business. This is a pure contributory fund model which is much useful for the people and business having low incoms.

It was second time that I knotted a wart on my eye near the eyelash. One of my colleagues knotted the wart with a horse tail hair thread. After some three days the wart was removed clearly without pain, medicine and surgical threat. It was a harmless, painless and without any use of medicine. Also the cheapest and without any cost treatment. I recommend it most of the time. 

How to get the Hair:

You can get hair by cutting a little amount of  long hair from the tail of a horse by using a long scissor. You should be careful not to harm the horse. Just get a negligible amount of hair.

One hair is much it should be strong enough to have good knot around the wart.

The hair should be cleaned with clinical methods.

Human hair can also be used but I will not recommend it.

If one hair thread is not capable of knotting the wart then two or three hairs can  be combined to do so. 

After knotting the wart care should be taken that the knot is strong enough to be around the wart for three to five days.

Training for Social Experience

 When I approached the institute I was socked with rain fully. I had my bag full of books and other stuff thinking for living in the hostel for the first time of my life. I was astonished when I entered the class all the students were looking at me strangely. Even some laughed at me. I was much nervous because the institute was somewhere in less populated area where you have to go by foot or taxi if you can afford. At that time some eighteen years back from now the institute was well constructed and having plenty of rooms and a computer lab also. As I remember, the hostel was worth seeing with rooms having beds and almeras for staying students and staff. With my two other friends or fellows we also took notice of a room for ourselves. The hostel expenses was not so high but when we calculated, the same results in going home and staying at the hostel. Therefore we three persons decided to go home and come from home for the training. This was my first experience in co-education as student or trainee. A lot of nervousness I felt through my spines. After all, with my good friends Mehboob and Asim I managed to spend my days easily and gaining much of social experience. The institute is called PITE, situated in Peshawar, KPK, Pakistan and the year of this event is 2004. We got fourteen days training but having a new version of studies and knowledge made us well confident.

My Calculus II paper

It was some 2004-5, that I was to give second semester exam of BSIT degree. All our exam system was online through campuses. I was much nervous and at the peak of my emotional disorder. However I studied a lot and was confident to have good understanding of the subject. This paper was offline because of the difficulties of typing mathematical formulas right in the editor of the examination software or importing it from Microsoft Word embedded MathType software. So we have to write the answer sheet with traditional style of written examination. When the paper time started every student was given the most tuff paper of the BSIT. So the students were annoyed by this. I was much prepared for this because I worked hard for it. The students began to leave the paper at once and I was l left alone with the invigelator. My nervousness became high and the pressure on my nerves increased. I thoughtfully solved some problems but somehow I also managed to escape from the exam hall. That was a very astonishing experience and I prepared myself for the rest of my life to go through alone though pressures. Thus I am somehow succesful to get my confidence.
