Dialogue and Conflict

 Conflicts are the most influencing scenarios that come in day to day happenings. Some conflicts are the reason of great misunderstanding among the people. Some minor conflicts may lead to high ups and downs in the relationship. Great people always do work for reducing by going through a dialogue policy. 

"Where there is a conflict, there should be a dialogue."

 The question arises what type and how to begin a dialogue to reduce tensions? Sometimes a dialogue may lead to negativity and pose a threat to more arrogant actions. So, I suggest the following guidelines for a dialogue to be continued:

 1. The parties must be prepared and agree to negotiate the conflict.

2. The parties have to negotiate in person but in some case they should consult a third mediating party or dialogue expert.

3. Minor conflicts should be mediated quickly in person.

4. Forgiving is the most effective tool in resolving conflicts.

5. The negotiations should be formal and to the point.

6. If there is an opening difference that must be recognized and should appreciated.

Heart and Mind

 Many people say that heart can not think but I oppose this opinion at all. I think and I repeat that I think by heart that heart thinks more than mind. That's why it is effected most of the time. When your heart is thinking you feel much of the scene you have in heart plus mind. When a person become stressed and do not come to the normal life yet his heart may be thinking correctly. So, there is a chance to recharge his mind battery from the heart capacitor of happy thinking. When both the heart and mind become astray then there is a danger of much damage. Thus I recommend the researchers to rethink and search this scenario if there is chance of recovery to return to normal life by curing the heart of a stressful person. I have lot of experience with such stressful persons but I have not recorded it for statistics. I think this the human behaviour that affects the heart thinking nerves. 

"A happy life can be lived with a happy heart and happy heart can think more than mind". 

" Your behaviour to the society and needy people can make a change".

" Attitude of a stressful person is just like a free neutron that can make a chain reaction like an atomic fission, you can control that effect to have a positive society for yourself because you are also an entity of that planet in which humans must reign with glory not mad instincts."
